Group studying without the group

05:23 AM - I just came back from a futile overnight solo Machine Learning "group study" at the newly renovated McDonald's katipunan (it now has a built-in McCafe). The futility must probably be due to the lack of a Cath Paras or a Paulo Guanio with me. They were always present and willing to discuss the subject matter back when we were still in college. Of course, group studies wouldn't be complete without the Marvin Victorias and Oscar Idaños who were also there to lighten things up. It's so much different when you don't know a lot of your classmates in school. Judgement will come later when I take the exam. I hope to at least get a passing mark.
